Program Information

Ross Rewards program is a loyalty program that gives you a new way to reward yourself.  It’s free to join and lets you unlock points, perks, and more every time you shop.  You can sign up for Ross Rewards online or in-store at a participating store.  For additional information including applicable terms and conditions, review the Ross Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.

Sign up for Ross Rewards online, enroll at a participating store by scanning the QR code on signs, or enroll at checkout using your phone number and email on the pin pad before you finish your transaction.

Ross Rewards members earn points for eligible purchases: 2 points per $1 spent; 200 points earns a $2 Ross Reward to spend at Ross.  We’ll also jump-start your account with 50 points just for signing up!  Once you’re a member, you start earning points on your eligible purchases.  Just enter your phone number at checkout!  See Ross Rewards Program Terms & Conditions for more details and purchase exclusions.

Besides the everyday points, there are also other perks such as birthday rewards, sweepstakes, and promotions.  Visit the Ross Rewards page to learn more about member benefits.

Points

You can view your current points and any available rewards via the Ross Rewards portal.  Points should show up in your account immediately unless there is a system delay (in which case, they should appear within 24 hours).  There may be delays in posting points to your account.  Estimated points earned will be displayed on your receipt.  Total points will also be sent to the email you provide in a monthly statement.

Enter your enrolled phone number at checkout to earn points on eligible purchases.  If you enroll in-store, you’ll earn points on the purchase you make during that same transaction.

Points are based on your qualifying net spend.  You earn two (2) points for every eligible dollar you spend after discounts and before tax.  For purposes of calculating points, the net purchase amount is multiplied by two then rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. For example, a net purchase amount of $12.88 will be multiplied by two and rounded down to twenty-five (25) points earned.  See Ross Rewards Program Terms & Conditions for more details and purchase exclusions.

Points are what you earn from eligible purchases.  Ross Rewards are what you receive when you reach the applicable point threshold.  For example, once you achieve 200 points, you will receive a $2 reward that can be used as a discount on an [eligible] purchase.

You’ll receive 50 bonus points instantly when you sign up or enroll in the Ross Rewards Program.  You’ll earn an additional 50 bonus points once you complete your profile.

You can complete your profile during online enrollment or by creating or logging into your online account.

To receive the 50 profile completion bonus points, members must provide all the following information: First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Full Address, and Gender.  See Ross Rewards Program Terms & Conditions for more details.

To receive your birthday offer, you must provide your birth month & year and you must have at least one qualifying member transaction on your account.

The birthday offer awards double points for the first qualifying transaction within your birthday month (up to a maximum of 500 bonus points).

Nearly all merchandise purchases earn points except gift cards, non-merchandise items, items paid with store credit, or purchases made with a Ross credit card. See Ross Rewards Program Terms & Conditions for more details.

Points are not earned on gift card purchases, non-merchandise items, purchases paid with store credit, or transactions where members of Ross Rewards pay with their Ross credit card. See Ross Rewards Program Terms & Conditions for more details.

Points expire after twelve (12) consecutive months of account inactivity unless otherwise specified by Ross. Point expiration is extended after each purchase associated with the member’s account and will expire twelve (12) months after the member’s most recent account-associated purchase.

Customers do not earn Ross Rewards program points on spend made with a Ross credit card. If a cardholder uses their Ross credit card and applies their Ross Rewards membership to the transaction, they will not earn Ross Rewards points on the portion of the purchase charged to the Ross credit card. Instead, Ross credit card spend earns rewards at a rate of 5% back in rewards. The Ross Rewards program offers the equivalent of 2% back in rewards (2 points per dollar) on eligible purchases. In a split tender transaction, any eligible portion of the purchase not paid for with the Ross credit card may still earn Ross Rewards points.

For full Rewards Terms and Conditions, please see comenity.net/rosscreditcard/termsandconditions or comenity.net/rossmastercard/termsandconditions.

No. Points cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Points only convert into rewards certificates.

Nearly all merchandise purchases earn points except gift cards, non-merchandise items, donations, items paid with store credit, or, if elected, purchases paid with a Ross credit card.  For information regarding a specific transaction, contact Customer Service, and see Ross Rewards Program Terms & Conditions for purchase exclusions.

Points earned on the original purchase are removed from your balance the next day, and any Reward used is refunded as prorated points.

Your balance may become negative if you return items that originally earned points or if a Reward was used and part of the purchase was returned.  Negative balances reduce future point earnings until positive again.

No. Points cannot be transferred or gifted to another member or any other person.
