Ross supports the communities around our stores through local hiring and partnering on programs that focus on families.

Local Hiring

When we open a new distribution center, dd’s DISCOUNTS or Ross store, we make it a priority to hire from within the community. We host job fairs and partner with agencies such as the YMCA and local Employment Development Department offices to source local talent. As a result, around 90 percent of our work force in distribution centers and stores comes from local communities.
