Empowering customers, associates and communities
We put a high value on being a good partner to our customers, associates and communities. As an employer, we provide a diverse and inclusive environment where our associates can grow, succeed and contribute to the communities where they live and work.
With a combined total of more than 1,100 Ross Dress for Less and dd’s DISCOUNTS stores across the country, we give back to our local communities by supporting programs that enrich the lives of families. Read more about how we empower customers, associates and communities.
The most significant way we can reduce our impact on the environment is through sustainable operations. We partner with EPA-certified transportation providers and utilize energy-efficient technology in our stores. We recycle millions of corrugated boxes each year and aim to reduce our overall use of paper. These and other sustainability measures also lower costs and enhance our ability to deliver the value our customers have come to expect. Read more about our sustainable operations.
